The RDÉE Shared-Services Co-op is a group initiative that brings together the 12 organizations in the Network and RDÉE Canada.

This collective enterprise was established in June 2015 for the purpose of improving the supply chain and sales of a range of products and services and reducing the Network’s operating costs and, eventually, costs for Network members and clients.

The first shared service involved a range of group insurance services. Members of the co-op who agreed to this first service made substantial savings during the first year of its implementation. The Shared-Services Co-op attracted interest from partners. Auxiliary members would like to join the co-op to avail themselves of the benefits and potential savings.
